Public Safety Alert, Robbery, purse-snatches, Spadina Avenue and Queen Street West area

The Toronto Police Service would like to request the public's assistance identifying a man wanted for a number of purse-snatches in the Spadina Avenue and Queen Street West area.

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at approximately 1 p.m., a woman was walking on Cameron Street

- a man approached her from behind, grabbed her purse, and was last seen running towards Spadina Avenue

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at approximately at 3:30 p.m., a woman was walking on Cameron Street

- the same man approached her from behind and grabbed her purse

It is reported that:

- on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at approximately at 8:05 p.m., a woman was walking on Vanauley Street

- the same man approached her from behind and grabbed her purse

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, October 19, 2014, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a woman was walking on Cameron Street

- the same man approached her from behind, grabbed her purse, and ran towards Spadina Avenue

He is described as white and wearing a hoodie.
