On Monday, September 29, 2014, at 7:22 p.m., police responded to a personal injury collision at 3400 Eglinton Avenue East.
It is reported that:
- a 69 year−old man was riding a bicycle eastbound on the north sidewalk of Eglinton Avenue East, approaching the driveway at 3400 Eglinton Avenue East
- a 25 year-old man was driving a 2008 Ford Focus which had entered the driveway of 3400 Eglinton Avenue East
- the cyclist collided with the side of the vehicle in the driveway of 3400 Eglinton Avenue East.
The cyclist was transported to hospital suffering life-threatening injuries.
