On Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at 8:47 a.m., officers responded to a call for a suspicious incident in the Greenspire Road and Littleleaf Drive area.
It is reported that:
- a girl, 10, was walking to school
- a man in a silver, four-door vehicle offered to give her a ride on behalf of her father
- the girl ignored the man and continued walking westbound
- the man called out to the girl a second time, then exited his vehicle and approached the girl
- the girl ran away to school, where she reported the incident
The man is described as black, 5'7", medium complexion, 20-30, bald, goatee, dark eyes, sunglasses, thin build, British accent, short-sleeve shirt, brown dress shoes, tattoos down both arms.
The vehicle is described as a grey/silver small vehicle, possibly a four- door. The vehicle had rust around the bottom of the doors and dirty tires.
