Missing woman, On-Lay "Annie" Mok, 64

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.

On-Lay "Annie" Mok, 64, was last seen on Monday, August 25, 2014, at 5 p.m., in the Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue West area.

She is described as Asian, 64, with a medium build, 4'10", 120 lbs., brown eyes, very-light, grey, straight, short hair above the ears. She wears wire-framed eyeglasses. She was last seen wearing a light-blue T-shirt, grey cardigan sweater and unknown coloured pants.

Police are concerned for her safety.
