Police would like to request the public's assistance with an Assault investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Sunday, August 3, 2014, at 1:27 a.m., a 17-year-old boy exited a taxi at York Street and Queen Street West
- six-to-seven men approached the boy and began kicking and punching him
- the men fled on foot, westbound on Queen Street West to University Avenue
- the men then got into a taxi and headed northbound on University Avenue from Queen Street West
The men have been described as black and in their early twenties. One man was wearing a green-collared T-shirt, with white horizontal stripes and blue jeans. Another was wearing a white shirt with black sleeves and khaki shorts and another man was wearing a black v-neck T-shirt and blue jeans.
