On Friday, June 13, 2014, 10:30 a.m., at 33 Division, at 50 Upjohn Road, Hold Up Staff Inspector Mike Earl will update the media on developments on Project "Nose Dive," an armored car robbery investigation, which, yesterday, resulted in four arrests.

Excerpt from previous news release:

On Monday, January 20, 2014, at 10:25 p.m., police responded to a shooting call at the Fairview Mall at 1800 Sheppard Avenue East.

Police responded and located an armoured car in the parking lot.

It is reported that:

- two men, wearing balaclavas, interrupted at gunpoint the security guards who were making a delivery,

- shots were exchanged between one of the security guards and one of the men

- a quantity of money was taken and both men fled in a silver vehicle,

- the vehicle was located by police a short distance away
