The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault investigation, and is requesting the public's assistance identifying the male suspect.
It is reported that:
- on Tuesday June 10, 2014, a woman was sexually assaulted in the McLevin Avenue and Neilson Road area.
- the woman was approached by an unknown man
- the man made an indecent request and the woman refused
- the man sexually assaulted her and walked away
He is described as approximately 20-25, 5'8"-6'0", medium build, brown complexion, clean-shaven, black hair with a brush cut. He was last seen wearing a black knit sweater, with black sleeves and a multi-colour pattern on the body of the sweater and blue jeans.
Members of the public are requested to be vigilant and aware of any person violating their personal space, or following them while walking in the above area. If members of the public recognize this suspect, they are requested to call police immediately and not to approach the man.
