The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation and requesting the public's assistance.
On Monday, June 9, 2014, at approximately 2:50 a.m., the Toronto Police Service investigated a report of a sexual assault in the Finch Avenue East and Longmore Street Area area.
It is reported that:
- a 30-year-old woman was entering her home
- an unknown person grabbed her from behind, covered her mouth, and sexually assaulted her
- the woman screamed and the unknown person fled
- the unknown person is described as being between 5'3" and 5'8" and he was wearing dark pants and a long-sleeved dark shirt.
