The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a man wanted in a break-and-enter/theft investigation.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Vinbert Samuels, 30, of Toronto.
It is alleged that he has committed several break-and-enters throughout the GTA.
He is wanted for:
1. two counts of Break-and-Enter
2. four counts of Theft Under
3. four counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
4. two counts of Theft of Motor Vehicle
He is described as black, 62", 230 lbs., short black hair, and unshaven. He was last seen wearing a black winter jacket with fur hood, light-coloured baseball cap, and dark winter pants. A photograph of Vinbert Samuels has been released.
