The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an investigation into a sexual assault which took place in the Midland Avenue and Huntingwood Drive area.
It is alleged that:
- on Thursday, May 8, 2014, a young girl was sexually assaulted
On Thursday May 8, 2014, Cristos Mintsoulis, 81, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Exploitation
3) Sexual interference
4) Invitation to Sexual Touching
Police believe there may be more victims.
