Ontario Gurudwara Committee Khalsa Day Parade, Sunday, April 27, 2014, Road closures

On Sunday, April 27, 2014, the Ontario Gurudwara Committee Khalsa Day Parade will take place. The parade will assemble at the Better Living Centre, Exhibition Place, and proceed along the following route:

Parade route: (starting at 1 p.m.)

Formation Area - Better Living Centre (Exhibition Place)
Southbound - Ontario Drive (full roadway)
Eastbound - Lakeshore Boulevard (All eastbound lanes only)
Northbound - York Street (full roadway)
Northbound - University Avenue (full roadway)
Eastbound - Armoury Street (full roadway)
Dispersal Area - Nathan Phillips Square

General information:

This event attracts over 40,000 people, with vehicles and floats. It will be necessary to stop the parade, to ensure TTC delays are minimal.
