The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.
Sylvia Phelan, 78, was last seen on Friday, March 21, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., in the area of St Clair Avenue West and Spadina Road.
She is described as white, 5'3", grey hair in a ponytail, and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black waist-length jacket, pink hat and white scarf. She uses a grey walker with wheels on the front.
Police are concerned for her safety.
