The Toronto Police are requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Ivan Koulaga, 24, was last seen in the area of Jane Street and Trethewey Drive, on Monday, March 10, 2014.
He is described as white, 6'0", 170 lbs., with short straight brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with hood, black pants and bright-green running shoes.
He is developmentally delayed.
Police are concerned for his safety.
Investigators will be available at 22 Division, at 3699 Bloor Street West, at 5 p.m. for a media scrum.
