Police Seek Assistance with an Assault Investigation, King Street West and Bathurst Street area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in an Assault investigation.

On Sunday, September 20, 2020, at approximately 7 p.m., police were called to the King Street West and Bathurst Street area.

It is alleged that:

- a man, 27, became engaged in a heated argument with unknown men and a physical altercation ensued

- the unknown men repeatedly assaulted the man, 27, and caused mischief to a commercial business

- the victim suffered serious injuries


On Sunday, September 20, 2020, Taylor Roberts, 24, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Mischief Under

2. Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, December 10, 2020, 11 a.m., room 111.


Another man is wanted and he is described as 20-25, 5'8" to 5'10", medium build, with a moustache. He has tattoos on his neck and both arms, and was last seen wearing a white Nike t-shirt, blue jeans, black toque and white sneakers.
