On Monday, February 24, 2020, at 12:40 p.m., police responded to a call for a stabbing in the Dufferin Street and Wilson Avenue area.
It is reported that:
- upon arrival, officers located a man and woman suffering from multiple stab wounds outside the premises
- inside, police located a woman who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
She has been identified as Ashley Noell Arzaga, 24, of Toronto.
On Monday, February 24, 2020, a 17-year-old boy, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1. First Degree Murder
2. Attempted Murder
He is to appear in court, at 2001 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at 10 a.m.
