On Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 11 a.m., in the lobby of police headquarters, 40 College Street, the Toronto Police Service will be presenting their annual fundraising campaign cheque to United Way Toronto.
The Toronto Police Service recognizes the importance of the United Way and the difference the organization makes for the citizens of Toronto.
Special guests will include Chief William Blair, Toronto Police Services Board Chair Alok Mukherjee, TPS Campaign Chair Staff Superintendent Rick Stubbings, Toronto Police Association President Mike McCormack and Senior Officers' Organization President Superintendent Neil Corrigan, as well as United Way Vice President of Communications Pedro Barata, who will accept the cheque on behalf of his organization.
