Terry Tout, 44, is wanted for:
1. Threaten Death
2. Assault
3. Fail to Comply Probation
4. Assault Causing Bodily Harm
He is described as white, 5'7", 201 lbs., with short grey hair and blue eyes. A photograph has been released.
