Public's help sought in an Assault and Firearm Discharge investigation, Parkview Avenue and Kenneth Avenue area

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance in an Assault with a Weapon investigation and a Firearm Discharge investigation.

On Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for an assault in the Parkview Avenue and Kenneth Avenue area.

It is reported that:

- a man answered a knock at his door

- he was confronted by a stranger

- the stranger struck him with an unknown object

- the stranger also damaged the door

- he then fled on foot

A composite sketch and Security Video of the suspect are being made available.

On Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a call for the sound of gunshots in the Parkview Avenue and Kenneth Avenue area.

It is further alleged that:

- a stranger attended the same home

- a number of rounds were discharged striking a vehicle and the garage

Security Video of the suspect is now made available.

The suspect in this incident is considered armed, violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
