The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in an investigation into armed robberies.
It is alleged that:
- during November 2013, a man was involved in a series of armed robberies while wearing a disguise and utilizing a silver handgun
On Thursday, November 21, 2013, Fariborz Mashhadi, 31, was arrested for a street robbery at an ATM.
As a result of an investigation, several search warrants were executed.

2) Disguise with Intent
3) Fail to Comply - probation
In relation to 5980 Bathurst Street on Wednesday, November 20, 2013:
1) Robbery with a firearm
2) Disguise with intent
3) Fail to Comply - probation
In relation to 5927 Bathurst Street on Wednesday, November 20, 2013:
1) Robbery with a firearm
2) Disguise with intent
3) Fail to Comply - probation
In relation to 4138 Bathurst Street on Thursday, November 21, 2013:
1) Robbery with a firearm
2) Disguise with intent
3) Fail to Comply - probation
A court date has not yet been set.
