On Friday, January 25, 2019, at 10:45 a.m., at Toronto Police Headquarters, in the Media Gallery, Chief Mark Saunders and Inspector Steve Watts of the Drug Squad will address the media about Project Sparta, an investigation into the distribution of cocaine within the city of Toronto.
