Aggravated Assault investigation, Adelaide Street West and Simcoe Street area, Man wanted

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying and locating a man wanted in an Aggravated Assault investigation.

On Saturday, January 19, 2019, at 3:10 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for an Assault in a restaurant in the Adelaide Street West and Simcoe Street area.

It is reported that:

- a man, 33, got into a verbal argument with another man in the restaurant

- the argument turned physical and the 33-year-old man was assaulted

- he was taken to hospital where he received treatment for serious injuries

Two men are wanted. They are described as:

Suspect #1 - 25-28, 5'11", 180 lbs., with short black shaved hair, clean shaven, last seen wearing black light jacket, and light gray jeans.

Suspect #2 - 25-28, 5'9", 170 lbs., with a short black Afro, light mustache, last seen wearing blue puffy jacket, and light blue jeans.
