The Toronto Police Service are appealing to the public for more information on an ongoing fraud investigation.
It is reported that:
- a company listed online as Federal Pardons Canada, advertises their services for processing pardons and waivers to enter the USA, for a nominal fee

Further investigation has identified more victims.
Police are continuing to urge anyone who actually met with someone face-to-face to exchange money or documents in connection to receiving a pardon or waiver.
