The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- between September 4, 2012 and March 7, 2013, the man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy at a home in the Markham Road/Sheppard Avenue East area
It is further alleged that:
- between September 4, 2012 and March 7, 2013, the man assaulted another 12-year-old boy at the same home in the Markham Road/Sheppard Avenue East area
On Thursday, March 7, 2013, Kearsley Peters, 56, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Exploitation
3) Sexual interference
4) Assault
Police believe there may be more victims. The man is a teacher at White Haven Junior Public School, teaching children with special needs.
