The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a recent series of street robberies.
It is reported that:
- between Saturday, July 20, 2013, and Friday, September 13, 2013, police have investigated several street robberies in the College Street/Bathurst Street area

The investigation has revealed that all the women were targeted for their cell phones, and were distracted by them, or had them visible.
Police would like to remind the public to be mindful of their surroundings, especially when their senses are preoccupied.
