The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a quantity of lost prescription medication.
It is reported that:
- on Saturday, December 9, 2017, between 3:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m., a quantity of prescription medication was stolen from a vehicle which was left unlocked in the parking lot at Sherway Gardens.
- a black CN Rail duffle bag, containing seven bottles of 40 mg dosage of methodone was taken from the front seat of the vehicle
Police are concerned for the safety of persons in possession of these narcotics. Methadone, in particular, can be harmful, or potentially fatal, if ingested either alone or in conjunction with other narcotics.
