Stephen Douglas McCarthy, 73, was last seen on Friday, December 8, 2017, at approximately 12 p.m., in the Earl Street and Sherbourne Street area.
He is described as 6’2”, slender build, light-brown hair, blue eyes, wears prescription glasses.
