Agustin Pilapil, 84, was last seen on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 5:15 p.m., in the Coxwell Avenue and Mortimer Avenue area.
He is described as 5'8", with a thin build, bald, and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black toque, blue jeans, green socks, brown sandals, and carrying a blue plastic bag. He is missing the ring and middle fingers on his left hand. He speaks Tagalog and English.
