The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at 3 a.m., a 28-year-old man was jogging along the Lower Don River Trail.
- the man was approached by a suspect who displayed a weapon
- the suspect sexually assaulted the man
- a struggle for the weapon ensued and the man sustained minor injuries
- the suspect fled on foot
The suspect is described as male, white, 45, 6', 180 lbs., stocky build with short, light hair. He was last seen wearing a light shirt.
