The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Delroy Foreman, 75, was last seen on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at approximately 2 p.m., in the McCowan Road and Alton Towers Circle area.

He is described as 5'3", brown eyes, grey beard and short grey curly hair. He was last seen wearing a red fleece vest on top of a grey t-shirt, dark blue jeans and black boots.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Man wanted in two Indecent Act investigations, On board TTC bus and subway

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance identifying a man wanted in two Indecent Exposure investigations.

On Monday, August 3, 2020, at 1 p.m., officers responded to a call for an indecent exposure in the Finch Avenue West and Sentinel Road area.

It is reported that:

- a man boarded a TTC bus

- he took a seat across from a 50-year-old woman

- he exposed himself and performed an indecent act

- he then fled the scene on a bicycle

On Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at 8:59 p.m., officers responded to a call for an indecent exposure at Downsview Park Subway Station.

It is reported that:

- a man was riding the train

- he took a seat across from an 18-year-old woman

- he exposed himself and performed an indecent act

- he then exited the subway train at Finch West Subway Station

The perpetrator in both incidents is believed to be the same man. He is described as approximately 22-30, approximately 5’5” to 5’6”, having a stocky/chubby build, with dyed reddish orange hair, and wearing a face mask.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Sexual Assault Alert, Man wanted in Sexual Assault investigation, Rosedale Valley Road and Park Road,

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault.

On Saturday, August 22, 2020, 6 a.m., officers responded to a call for a sexual assault that occurred in the Rosedale Valley Road and Park Road area.

It is reported that:

- an 18-year-old man was in the area between midnight and 3 a.m.

- he was approached by another man

- he was led to a secluded wooded area

- he was sexually assaulted

- the victim was able to make good his escape

The suspect is described as white, 20s, with a fair complexion, approximately 5’11" to 6’1", with an average build, shaved or bald head, short beard, and light eyes, wearing a grey long sleeved shirt.

Three men sought in Aggravated Assault/Stabbing investigation, Mt. Pleasant Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East area

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance identifying and locating three men wanted in an Aggravated Assault/Stabbing investigation.

On Saturday, August 22, 2020, at 10 p.m., officers responded to a call for a stabbing in the Mount Pleasant Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East area.

It is alleged that:

- a 44-year-old man was in the area

- he was approached by a group of three other men

- a dispute erupted and the victim was attacked by the group of three

- he was stabbed multiple times

- the three men fled the area

Colin Defreitas, 27, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Aggravated Assault

He is described as 6'1", 150 lbs., with brown hair, and a beard. He was wearing light blue jeans, a dark jacket, and a baseball hat worn backwards.

Reese Morris, is wanted for:

1) Aggravated Assault

He is described as 20 to 30 years old, having black hair in medium length twists. He was wearing black track pants with a white vertical stripe on the side, white 'Adidas' t-shirt, and white runners.

The third suspect is described as 20-25, 5'9", 150-170 lbs., with a large afro. He was wearing black track pants with a white vertical stripe on the side, a white 'Adidas' t-shirt, and white runners. He was armed with a machete.

All three suspects are considered armed, violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

Security camera images are released.

Missing man, Weston Road and St. Clair Avenue West area, Larry Albin, 62

The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Larry Albin, 62, was last seen on Sunday, August 23, 2020, at 5 p.m., in the Weston Road and St. Clair Avenue West area.

He is described as 5’8”, with short white hair, and scruff on his face. He was last seen wearing white pants, a beige wide rim hat, and a blue shirt with a 'V' on it. He walks with a red walker.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Homicide #43/2020, 30 Harrison Garden Boulevard, Andrew Cao, 30

The Toronto Police Service would like to update the public on an ongoing homicide investigation.

On Thursday, August 20, 2020, officers responded to a radio call for a shooting at 30 Harrison Garden Boulevard.

It is reported that:

- the victim was in his vehicle in the underground parking lot

- a grey Subaru Impreza, with no rear plate and a sunroof, drove in the direction of the victim

- a lone male exited and shot the victim

- this was a targeted shooting

The victim has been identified as Andrew Cao, 30, of Toronto.

The shooter was described as wearing dark clothing.

The Subaru fled the area and was found burned out in the area of Weston Road and Albion Road at approximately 7:30 p.m., that same evening. Two male occupants in dark clothing were seen fleeing from the Subaru. Both males were described as having a light complexion, possibly white.

Police are looking to speak with anyone who had contact with the victim in the days leading up to his murder and are looking for any additional video, including dash-cam from the above two locations.

Man Wanted in Aggravated Assault and Stabbing investigation, Mt. Pleasant Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East area, Two Arrests Made

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating a wanted man in connection with an aggravated assault and investigation.

On Saturday, August 22, 2020, at 10 p.m., officers responded to a call for a stabbing in the Mount Pleasant Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East area.

It is alleged that:

- a 44-year-old man was in the area

- he was approached by a group of three other men

- a dispute erupted and the victim was attacked by the group of three

- he was stabbed multiple times and is now recovering in hospital

- the three men fled the area

On Sunday, August 23, 2020, Koran Sokwaypnace, 20, of Toronto, was arrested.

He has been charged with:

1. Assault with a Weapon
2. Aggravated Assault
3. Weapons Dangerous
4. Fail to Comply with Release Order

He was scheduled to appear, Monday, August 24, 2020, for a bail hearing at College Park Court, room 507 at 10 a.m.


On Monday, August 24, 2020, Colin Defreitas, 27, of Toronto, was arrested.

He has been charged with:

1. Aggravated Assault

He is scheduled to appear, Tuesday, August 25, 2020, for a bail hearing at College Park Court, room 507 at 10 a.m.

Reese Moore is wanted for:

1) Aggravated Assault

He is described as 20 to 30 years old, having black hair in medium length twists. He was wearing black track pants with a white vertical stripe on the side, white 'Adidas' t-shirt, and white runners.

In a previous news release Reese Moore was written incorrectly as Reese Morris.

The outstanding suspect is considered armed, violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

Alana Joyner, 18, was last seen on Monday, August 24, 2020, at 3:15 p.m., in the Broadview Avenue and Withrow Avenue area.

She is described as 5’2”, with a thin build, red hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a red tank top and black leggings. She has a tattoo on her right arm with the words “with struggle comes….”

Police are concerned for her safety.

Home Invasion Robbery and Shooting Investigation, Video and Artist's Rendition Released

The Toronto Police Service Hold-Up Squad would like to advise the public of an on-going investigation.

On Sunday, July 26, 2020 at approximately 1:47 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a shooting in the Dawes Road and Halsey Avenue area.

It is reported:

- at least four armed suspects attended a residential address in the area

- the armed suspects forced entry into the residence and made a demand for cash

- they opened fire on two victims in the residence

- the victims were struck multiple times

- the armed suspects fled the residence on foot and in a white Dodge Ram pickup parked on Halsey Avenue

- they were last seen travelling south bound on Dawes Road

- the two victims remain in hospital and have life-altering injuries

The suspects are described as:

1. He is white, 5'8" to 6'0", thin build, possibly has long hair tied back. He was wearing a grey hooded sweater with a blue hood and arms, blue jogging pants and dark shoes.

2. She is described as 20, brown, 5'8" to 6'0", heavy build. She was wearing a grey hooded sweater with 'Jumpman' logo, blue tights and dark shoes.

3. He is described as 5'8" to 6'0", heavy build. He was wearing a grey sweater with a blue design on the front, dark blue pants and dark shoes.

4. He is described as 5'8" to 6'0", thin build. He was wearing a black Adidas hoodie, dark pants and dark shoes.

They were in a newer model Dodge Ram with black rims and a black truck bed liner.

Further investigation revealed that one of the victims had been previously targeted in a shooting. Detectives believe the shooting may be linked to the home invasion, possibly involving the same suspects.

The Toronto Police Service were called to the area of Don Mills Road and Overlea Boulevard on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at 5:38 p.m.

It is reported:

- at least two armed suspects confronted the two victims

- the armed suspects opened fire on the victims

- the victims were struck multiple times

- the armed suspects fled the area on foot

- the two victims were transported to a hospital nearby where they received treatment for their non-life threatening injuries

The suspects are described as:

1. He is described as tanned, approximately 20, 5'10" to 6'0", thin build, long braided hair. He was wearing a black Adidas jacket with three white stripes down the arm and dark pants.

2. He is described as black, 5'4" to 5'6", 200 lbs. He was wearing all black clothing. An artist's rendition has been released of this suspect.

3. She is described as 20 years old, brown, 5'8" to 6'0". She was wearing a dark fitted hooded sweater, black tights and dark shoes.

Anyone who recognizes the people in the video, their descriptions, or the artist's rendition are urged to come forward to police.

Man charged in historical Sexual Assault investigation, David Ronald Stanford, 72, facing three charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest in a historical sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- between the summer of 1973 to the summer of 1983, a man sexually assaulted a student after school

- the student was between the age of 9 and 18 at the time of the alleged assaults


On Tuesday, August 25, 2020, David Ronald Stanford 72, of Toronto, was arrested.

He was charged with:

1. Indecent Assault on Male
2. Indecency
3. Buggery

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 2 p.m., room 505.


David Ronald Stanford was an employee of the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), working as a teacher at Williamson Road Junior Public School at the time of the alleged assaults. He is presently retired from the TDSB.

Man wanted in Threaten Death investigation, Rowan Atkins, 31

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating a man wanted in a Threaten Death investigation.

On Thursday, August 13, 2020, officers responded to information of a threat to residents of Regent Park.

It is alleged that:

- a man used his Instagram account to post a threat

- he counselled his 3,000 followers to "shoot everyone in Regent Park"

- his followers include gang members who have been antagonistic to the Regent Park community

Rowan Atkins, 31, of No Fixed Address, is wanted for:

1. Threaten Death

He is described as 5'11", 154 lbs., with a medium build, short black hair, a mustache, beard, and brown eyes.

He is considered violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach, call 9-1-1 immediately.

An image of him is being released.

Kevin Pett , 48, was last seen on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at approximately 5 p.m. in the Kingston Road and Warden Avenue area.

He is believed to be driving a black 2014 Nissan Altima with licence plate BWFD426.

Officers are concerned for his safety and are asking anyone with information to contact police immediately.

On Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 3:30 p.m., Chief James Ramer will address the media and respond to questions following the release of the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) report in to the death of Ms. Regis Korchinski-Paquet.

The news conference will be available on the Bell TOC and live-streamed on YouTube.

Man Wanted in a Stabbing Investigation, Lake Shore Boulevard West and Thirteenth Street area, Shane Paul, 25,

The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in an Attempt Murder investigation.

On Saturday, August 22, 2020, at approximately 5:15 p.m. police responded to a stabbing radio call in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Thirteenth Street area.

It is alleged:

- two men were in the area of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Thirteenth Street

- a verbal confrontation ensued between two men

- one of the men stabbed the other man, 28, several times

Shane Paul, 25, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Attempt Murder
2) Aggravated Assault

His photograph has been released.
