Public Safety Alert, Stolen medication, University Avenue and Elm Street area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a quantity of stolen medication.

On Saturday, November 14, 2015, at 11 p.m., a quantity of prescribed medication was stolen in the University Avenue and Elm Street area.

The stolen medication included:

- Quetiapine
- Methylphenidate
- Mirtazapine
- Fentanyl

The medication was in four bottles in a reusable shopping bag.

The medication could be harmful and/or fatal if ingested, especially to children.

Homicide #46/2015, Simone "Shanni" Reid, 18

On Friday, November 13, 2015, at approximately 1:15 p.m., police responded to a radio call for a woman found unconscious and not breathing at 3275 Sheppard Avenue East.

Simone "Shanni" Reid, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A post-mortem examination was completed but the cause of death will not be released at this time.

Homicide is investigating and is asking the public to assist with determining the whereabouts of the victim's father for notification.

He has been identified as Winston "Paul" Reid, 49, from Toronto.

He may be driving a blue 2003 Toyota Sienna minivan, with licence plate BKSK 765.

Homicide #45/2015, Tony Millett, 55, David Hargrave, 25, arrested, Charged with Second-Degree Murder

On Friday, November 13, 2015, at 3:31 a.m., police responded to a unknown trouble call at 200 Wellesley Street East.

Once on scene, police located a man suffering from obvious signs of injury.

He was taken to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries

The man has been identified as Tony Millett, 55, of Toronto.

On Friday, November 13, 2015, David Hargrave, 25, of Toronto, was arrested. He was charged with:

1) Second-Degree Murder

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, November 14, 2015.

A post-mortem examination was scheduled for Sunday, November 15, 2015. The cause of death was a stab wound.

Homicide investigators are seeking the public’s assistance. Anyone who had contact with David Hargrave prior to this offence is asked to call Homicide.

Mardiros Kayaian, 82, was last seen on Friday, November 13, 2015, at 11:45 a.m., in the Eglinton Avenue West and Royal York Road area.

He is described as white, 5’5", slim build, medium complexion, white balding hair, and thin mustache. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue spring jacket, navy-blue pants, blue sweater and running shoes.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Police request assistance with voyeurism investigation, York Mills Road at Victoria Park Avenue

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a voyeurism investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at 4:30 p.m., a woman was walking eastbound on York Mills Road at Victoria Park Avenue

- the woman was wearing a school uniform skirt

- she walked past an unknown man who was standing on the sidewalk on the south side of York Mills Road

- as she did so, the man bent over as if to pick something up

- holding a cellular phone in his hand, he extended his arm and placed the device underneath the woman's skirt

- it is believed he then took a picture or a recording

- the woman was unaware of the man's action and she continued walking eastbound

The man is described as 18-22, with a brown complexion, medium build, 5’11", 185 lbs., with short, wavy, black hair. He was wearing a black leather jacket and a messenger-style bag.

On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at approximately 4:30 p.m., police were called for a suspicious incident at 68 Elfreda Boulevard.

Once on scene, police discovered a woman suffering from obvious signs of injury.

Stella Tetsos, 82, was pronounced at the scene.
