On Monday, July 22, 2013, the Toronto Police Service issued a news release regarding a stolen piano from Toronto General Hospital, 200 Elizabeth Street.

On Tuesday, July 23, 2013, Peel Regional Police received information on the whereabouts of the stolen piano. Officers from Peel Regional Police seized the piano and turned it over to the Toronto Police Service.
It is further alleged that:
- the suspect sold the piano to a local business
Artem Stanislav Timofeyev, 27, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1) Theft Over $5,000
2) Traffic in Stolen Goods Over
3) Expose Counterfeit Mark
4) Fraud Over
