The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Viorica Phelan, 46 was last seen on Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 10:20 a.m., in the Evans Avenue and The East Mall area.
She is described as having dirty-blonde short hair, 5’6", 160 lbs. She was last seen wearing a red jacket with white sleeves and shoulders, a white-and-pink shirt underneath, grey track pants and orange sneakers.
Police are concerned for her safety.
