The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.
Kai Yang, 19, was last seen on Sunday, February 19, 2017, at 11 a.m., in the Tillplain Road and Cocksfield Avenue area.
She is described as 5’3”, 130 lbs., medium build, with long straight black hair and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a blue winter jacket, black pants, and silver snow boots.
Police are concerned for her safety.
