He is wanted on a bench warrant for:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Assault
3) Carry concealed weapon
4) two counts of Fail to Comply recognizance
5) Threatening death
He is described as 5'6", 130 lbs., thin build, bald.
His photograph has been released.
