The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.
Rachel Stinis, 17, was last seen on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at 4 p.m., in the Kipling Avenue and The Queensway area.
She is described as 5’5”, 90 lbs., short brown hair, thin build. No clothing description is available.
