Traffic fatality #21/2013, Old Kingston Road at Watson Road

On Thursday, July 11, 2013, at 10:25 p.m., police responded to a personal injury collision at Old Kingston Road at Watson Road.

It is reported that:

- a 47-year-old man was attempting to cross Watson Road, from the east side to the west side, in the crosswalk

- a 35-year-old man, driving a 2003 Honda Civic eastbound on Old Kingston Road, was making a left turn from Old Kingston Road to Watson Road

- the pedestrian was struck by the Honda

The pedestrian was taken to hospital. On Sunday, July 14, 2013, he succumbed to his injuries.
