On Thursday, December 1, 2016, at 1:38 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Cedarvale Avenue and Cosburn Avenue.
It is reported that:
− a 60-year-old man was driving a 2015 Ford, southbound on Cedarvale Avenue, attempting to make a left turn onto eastbound Cosburn Avenue
− a 69-year-old woman was struck by the vehicle as she attempted to cross Cosburn Avenue
The woman received life-threatening injuries and was pronounced in hospital.
