Man sought in Sexual Assault Investigation, St. Clair West subway station, Security camera image released

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault Investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, November 27, 2016, at approximately 10:47 a.m., a woman was on board a TTC subway train, heading northbound between Dupont subway station and St Clair West subway station

- a male passenger sat beside the woman and sexually assaulted her

The man is described as black, 30-40, wearing a dark coat, dark hat with a brim, and brown trim, light-coloured pants, and a scarf. He was also wearing sunglasses and carrying a reusable grocery bag.

A security camera image of the man has been released.
