Public assistance sought with carjacking investigation, Keele Street/Beechborough Avenue

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with a carjacking investigation in the Keele Street and Beechborough Avenue area.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., a 63-year-old woman was attending a home in the Keele Street/Beechborough Avenue area

- two people approached the woman from behind as she got out of her SUV

- they punched her in the face and kicked her, causing her to fall and lose consciousness

- the two fled in the woman's SUV toward Trethewey Drive

The SUV is a black 2008 Lexus RX350 with Ontario licence place BNFH022.
