Homicide #58/2016, Julian Jones, 26, Update, Third suspect identified

On Saturday, November 5, 2016, at 2:25 a.m., police responded to a report of an assault in progress that is now being investigated as a homicide.

The victim has been identified as Julian Jones, 26 of Maryland, U.S.A.

On Thursday, November 10, 2016, Homicide Inspector Bryan Bott held a news conference at headquarters with the announcement that two men were arrested and charged.

Investigators are now releasing the name of the third suspect wanted in this investigation.

Andrew Christopher O'Brien, 28, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1) Second-Degree Murder

Investigators urge Mr. O'Brien to contact a lawyer and surrender at the closest police station.

Investigators also request that the media not release any photographs they may have of Mr. O'Brien. It may hamper portions of the investigation.

Detective Rob North and Detective Steve Henkel will be going to Baltimore, Maryland, early next week to continue their investigation.
