42 Division is asking for the public's assistance locating Jeffrey Allen Peever, 56, of Toronto. On Monday, October 31, 2016, a warrant for his arrest was issued.
He is wanted for:
1) Criminal Harassment
2) seven counts of Fail to Comply
3) Prowl by Night
He is described as 5'10", 210 lbs., with reddish-grey hair.
He may be operating a grey 2012 Dodge Ram pick-up, with Ontario licence plate 129-3WW.
