On Thursday, October 27, 2016, at 12:50 a.m., officers responded to reports that the victim of a shooting was driven to 43 Division.
It is reported that:
- upon attending the front parking lot area of 43 Division, officers located a man in a car with apparent gunshot wounds
- the man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries
- on Saturday, October 29, 2016, he succumbed to his injuries in hospital
The victim has been identified as Kevin Nicholas Gidden, 23, of Toronto.
Simeon Harty, 22, of Toronto, is wanted for First-Degree Murder.
His photograph has been released.
