The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance identifying a man wanted for assault.
It is alleged that:
- on Saturday, October 8, 2016, a man attended a community event at Mel Lastman Square
- he occupied a seat in the designated VIP area and was asked by organizers to leave
- the man became agitated and spat in the face of one of the organizers before fleeing the area
The man has been identified as Abdul Karim Alghamdi. His photograph is now available.
