The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in an assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
- on Friday, June 14, 2013, at approximately 9 a.m., a Parking Enforcement Officer was patrolling in the Shaw Street/College Street area
- the officer had just issued a parking ticket when the owner of that car approached and assaulted him
Police were called, and Dusan Prekic, 35, of Toronto, was arrested.
He is charged with:
1) Assaulting a Peace Officer
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, in courtroom 111, on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at 11 a.m.
