The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, police began an investigation into a Sexual Assault.
It is alleged that:
- a man was employed as a driving instructor, providing in-car driving lessons
- between July and August 2016, the man provided driving lessons to a 19-year-old woman
- the man, on two separate occasions, sexually assaulted the woman during the in-car driving lessons
On Thursday, August 18, 2016, Samuel Dixon, 64, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) two counts of Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, 2 p.m., courtroom 407.
Police are concerned there may be other victims.
