Police request assistance with a shooting investigation, Blake Street and Boultree Avenue area

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a shooting investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Friday, June 3, 2016, at 11:42 p.m., two unidentified parties were dropped off in a what police believe to be a two-door 2007-2010 Hyundai Accent green in color.

- The two parties then attended the rear of unit 111 of 70 Blake Street where they fired several shots into the unit striking a 10-year-old boy in the shoulder. The two parties then fled the complex in the two-door 2007-2010 Hyundai Accent.

Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the vehicle used in this incident.
