On Tuesday, May 17, 2016, members of the TPS Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Sheppard Avenue East and Hwy 404 area.
It is alleged that:
- as a result of evidence located following the execution of the warrant, Bailey Butler-Antoine, 18, of Toronto, surrendered to police on Friday, June 3, 2016
It is further alleged that:
- the accused was in possession of child sexual abuse videos
- the accused uploaded child sexual abuse videos to a website
Bailey Butler-Antoine, 18, has been arrested and charged with:
1) two counts of Possession Child Pornography
2) Make Available Child Pornography
3) Access Child Pornography
Bailey Butler-Antoine has been an employee of Toronto’s Parks and Recreation Department for the past four years. He has primarily worked in the aquatics, sports and youth programs. He most recently worked at the Dennis R. Timbrell Recreation Centre and Parkway Forest Community Centre. His students included everyone from tots to adults.
Bailey Butler-Antoine appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, June 3, 2016, room 306.
