Clifton O'Neil Newman, 32, is described as black, 6'1", 200 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left arm, left forearm, right forearm, and right upper arm.
He frequents the Malvern area and drives a 2011 silver Dodge Avenger with Ontario licence plate BLYF 703.
