The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in identifying a man wanted for a series of bank robberies.
On Thursday, March 31, 2016, Hold Up Squad held a press conference asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man.

On Friday, April 8, 2016, Hold Up Squad investigators arrested Gianluca Catalano, 19, of Toronto, for a series of bank robberies.
1. 10 counts of Robbery
2. 10 counts of Disguise with Intent
3. two counts of Robbery with Offensive Weapon
4. Forcible Confinement
5. Assault with a Weapon
He was scheduled to appear at Old City Hall Court on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Old City Hall in room 101.
