Two men, one boy, arrested in home invasion robbery, Shoreham Drive and Jane Street area

The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of three arrests in a home invasion robbery investigation in the Shoreham Drive and Jane Street area.

It is alleged that:

- on Thursday, March 3, 2016, three men initially approached a 47-year-old man on his front porch as he was having a cigarette

- these man produced handguns and accosted the man and his 33-year-old wife in their residence

- they held the victims at gunpoint while they ransacked the premises looking for valuables

On Friday, March 4, 2016, members of the TPS located and arrested two men and a boy.

Farah Handule, 19; Michael Mensah, 19; and a 16-year-old, boy, all of Toronto, were each charged with:

1) Robbery with a Firearm
2) Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

The two men and boy appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, March 5, 2016, 10 a.m., room 101.
